Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two. We’ll always contact you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas; allow extra time for regional and remote areas)

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, weather events).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150.00.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address details.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sparklepartyco@outlook.com so we can assist. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you’re outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us at sparklepartyco@outlook.com to discuss options.
