Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and read product descriptions before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at sparklepartyco@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Email us at sparklepartyco@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions if your claim is approved.
  3. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty:

  • Cosmetics and skincare
  • Personal care items
  • Food products
  • Custom or personalised items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
